Job summary

LA International is seeking an Exit Manager with active DV clearance to lead end-to-end exit and transition programs for major clients in the UK. You will coordinate between customers, internal teams and suppliers to design and deliver compliant exit plans, ensuring completion of all exit activities and successful knowledge transfer.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience with complex contracts, and the ability to mitigate risks related to service continuity and data

Qualifications

• Proven experience in exit management or complex programme delivery.
• Background in consulting, systems integration, or managed services.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customers, internal teams and suppliers to plan exits.
• Design end-to-end exit and transition plans aligned with contracts.
• Ensure completion of all exit and close-down activities.
• Engage with senior stakeholders throughout the transition process.
• Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation and asset handover.
