Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day activities at the Olympiad Leisure Centre. You will ensure safety, maintenance, and smooth operations during operating hours, serving as the main point of contact for staff and customers.

Salary: £30,023 - £32,046 per annum (P plus 10% unsocial hours plussage)

Hours per week: 37 hours

As a Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of our centre’s day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment during operating hours. The Olympiad Leisure Centre is a large facility with lots of events, we are looking for someone who thrives when things get busy.

We're looking for someone who brings innovation, energy, and strong leadership skills to the table, especially when it comes to solving complex customer and facility issues.

Don't have the UK's National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) yet? No worries! We'll support you in obtaining it within three months through a course run by the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS).
