Job summary

First Response Group is seeking an Operations Support Manager to coordinate site mobilisation, welfare checks, and ongoing compliance across multiple locations. The role focuses on ensuring timely provisioning of equipment, adherence to security protocols, and strong collaboration with Operations Managers and clients.

You will work on a rolling shift pattern and engage with internal teams to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency while upholding the company’s values of integrity

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational or security supervisory role.
• Knowledge of security compliance, risk assessments, and health & safety standards.
• Experience with site mobilisations, client management, and welfare checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and mobilisation of new sites and ensure timely deployment of equipment and resources.
• Conduct site surveys to assess requirements and contribute to mobilisation planning.
• Support Operations Managers in managing client expectations and maintaining high service levels.
• Carry out welfare checks on security officers across sites and ensure well-being.
• Ensure sites comply with AI, RAMS and all operational requirements and safety standards.
• Provide training to officers on site-based compliance and customer expectations.
• Assist during incidents and coordinate with clients and security teams for escalation.
• Compile site visit and welfare reports and contribute to process improvements.
