Whitbread's Premier Inn in Sutton (London) is hiring a Duty Manager to help keep the hotel running smoothly. The role includes leading shifts, coaching colleagues, and delivering guest service on evenings and weekends.

Permanent contract with guaranteed hours and a focus on guest satisfaction and team leadership. You’ll be on the floor, cross-covering departments from reception to restaurant, and you’ll gain exposure to hotel operations with clear pathways to future growth into a Hotel Manager

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in busy guest-facing environments.
• Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing shifts and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
