Premier Inn Crewe (Nantwich) is seeking a Duty Manager to lead hotel operations during shifts, coordinating reception, housekeeping and restaurant activity to ensure guest satisfaction. You will guide your team, handle queries and help resolve issues to maintain smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel teams and delivering guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and decision making during busy periods.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Back up different departments from reception to restaurant as needed.
• Spot issues early and take corrective action to keep operations smooth.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and leadership team.
