Job summary

Whitbread's Premier Inn in Redhill Reigate is hiring a Duty Manager. The role is a full-time, permanent position with guaranteed 37.5 hours per week and pay up to £14.36 per hour.

Based at Brighton Road, Salfords, Redhill RH1 5BT, you will lead shifts, support reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll be on the floor, coaching colleagues, resolving issues and helping with busy service periods.

Qualifications

• This role values ability to lead people in a busy customer-focused environment.
• You’ve led people before; training will cover hotel-specific processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams.
• Spot issues early and keep guests safe and the hotel running smoothly.
