Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Duty Manager at Weymouth Premier Inn to lead shifts, coordinate reception, housekeeping and restaurant services, and ensure a smooth guest experience.

You’ll be on the floor, guiding teams, solving problems and delivering high standards during evenings and busy periods. This is a strong stepping stone toward hotel management and career progression within Whitbread.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team during shifts.
• Strong communication and guest relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running smoothly.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
