Premier Inn Weymouth is hiring a Duty Manager to keep the hotel running smoothly on busy shifts. You’ll lead your team across reception, housekeeping and restaurant, help guests with questions and ensure a great stay.

This permanent role offers 35 guaranteed hours per week, shifts including evenings and weekends, and opportunities to progress. Pay is up to £13.86 per hour, with full training and a clear career path.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
