Premier Inn is recruiting a Duty Manager for London Docklands. You’ll oversee hotel operations on your shift, coordinating between reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay.

This role emphasizes leading from the front, solving problems, and keeping the team empowered and motivated. With opportunities to progress toward a Hotel Manager position, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience in a busy, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
• Able to make quick, clear decisions under pressure.
• Comfortable coaching and guiding staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running smoothly.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and leadership team.
