Job summary

Premier Inn in London Wembley is looking for a Duty Manager to lead a hotel shift, guide the team and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll move across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and the team has what it needs.

You’ll help guests, coach staff and resolve issues as they arise. If you enjoy leading from the front, solving problems and staying calm under pressure, this is a strong stepping stone toward hotel leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead shifts and coordinate across reception, housekeeping and food service.
• Proven customer service focus and problem solving during busy periods.
• Confident decision making and strong communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running smoothly.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and leadership team.
