Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts and ensure smooth hotel operations. You’ll work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to make every guest’s stay excellent, while guiding your team and resolving issues on the floor.

Permanent role with guaranteed hours, full training, and a clear path to future hotel management. You’ll join a supportive leadership team and contribute to a high-standards guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a busy, guest-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
