Job summary

Premier Inn seeks a Duty Manager to help lead the Farnham hotel across reception, housekeeping and restaurant duties. You will oversee shifts, support colleagues and resolve guest queries to ensure a great stay.

With a fixed-term contract through December 2026 and guaranteed hours, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience in a busy hotel environment, with a clear path toward future hotel management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running smoothly.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and leadership team.
