Premier Inn in Belfast City Centre is looking for a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during shifts. You’ll work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and the team has what it needs.

No previous hotel experience is required; candidates from retail or customer service backgrounds are welcome. We offer guaranteed hours, full training, and a clear career path, with progression toward a Hotel Manager role.

Qualifications

• You’ll lead shifts across front desk, housekeeping and restaurant.
• You’ll coach team members throughout the day.
• You’ll help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• You’ll stay calm under pressure and take ownership.
