Whitbread PLC is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for Belfast City Centre (Cathedral Quarter) Premier Inn. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner while keeping public areas and reception tidy.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. A permanent contract and comprehensive training are provided, with opportunities to learn new skills and progress within Premier Inn.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
