Job summary

SSP Food Travel Experts is seeking a Duty Manager for Beflast Airport, Flax & SODA. The role offers full-time 40-hour weeks with a base pay of £13.80 per hour and a night incentive bringing it to £15.20 per hour for shifts between midnight and 6am.

Hours run 3am to 11pm, with flexible weekday/weekend/bank holiday shifts. You will lead a busy team across iconic brands such as Starbucks and M&S, ensuring outstanding service and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and be the go-to for queries.
• Remain results-focused and informed about unit performance, championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy hospitality or retail is ideal; night shifts a plus.
