Job summary

SSP is hiring a Duty Manager for Birmingham Airport, partnering with brands like Starbucks and others. This fixed-term contract runs until mid January 2027. The role is full-time (35 hours) with a pay rate of £14.25/hour, plus £1.50/hour for hours between midnight and 6 AM, totaling £15.75/hour for those shifts.

Work hours are 2am–11pm across weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You will lead a team, deliver great service, and help shape the energy of busy locations across the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check required.
• 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is necessary.
