Job summary

Qualifications

• Front office hotel experience or supervisory/management level
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer service attitude
• Ability to multi-task and maintain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Be present in lobby and reception during peak times and support your team
• Promote selling culture amongst the FO team and review results daily
• Lead reception team and porters to deliver exceptional arrival and departure experience
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure working environment for all staff and guests
• Act on guest feedback and update guest profiles accordingly
• Ensure pre- and post-stay communication to guests
• Ensure compliance with Apex financial, privacy, data security and H&S procedures
• Maintain records and communications for tracking
• Manage performance and act as a role model for the team
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure guest experience
