A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd is seeking a proactive Duty Manager for the Aldridge SPAR store. You will help drive store performance, lead a small team, and ensure outstanding customer service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food retail or fast-paced store operations.
• Ability to supervise mid-level teams and drive good customer service.
• Proven at organising tasks, shifting priorities and managing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to run the store during Duty Manager shifts.
• Lead and motivate colleagues to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure safety, compliance, stock integrity and cash handling during shifts.
• Open/close duties and incident management as required.
• Promote store engagement with the local community and customers.
