Job summary

Sloane Square Hotel in London is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintain service standards, and ensure guest arrivals and departures run smoothly.

You will lead and support hotel teams on shift, liaise with all departments, handle guest feedback, and keep the property safe, clean, and well presented at all times. The role is on-site and full-time, with an attractive salary package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or in a similar hotel operations or front office role, ideally in a boutique or luxury environment.
• Strong guest service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and complex requests calmly and professionally.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, including team coordination and shift supervision.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication with guests, colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel and maintain service standards.
• Manage arrivals and departures and guest feedback, ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead and support the team on shift and communicate with other departments.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests and coordinate responses to requests and issues.
