Job summary

Sloane Square Hotel Ltd in London’s Chelsea/Knightbridge area is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for a full-time, on-site role. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, plan preventive programs, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across hotel facilities.

Sloane Square Hotel is located in the heart of London's Chelsea and Knightsbridge area. 100 bedrooms, restaurant, lounge and cocktail bar.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a hands on Maintenance Manager at Sloane Square Hotel Ltd. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of building maintenance. Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, planning and executing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating and performing repairs on equipment and facilities, and ensuring hotel infrastructure meets safety, regulatory standards. The Maintenance Manager supervises maintenance team members and external contractors, manages maintenance schedules and records, and monitors inventory of tools, parts, and supplies. The role also involves responding promptly to maintenance requests, minimising disruption to guests, supporting energy efficiency initiatives, and collaborating with other departments to maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-presented environment.
