Job summary

Nuffield Health Guiseley FWC is seeking a Duty Manager (Bank) to help run the club on an ad hoc basis. You’ll bring sales experience, strong communication and a customer-first approach to deliver an exceptional gym experience for members.

You’ll be responsible for opening/closing on shift, driving member satisfaction, supervising colleagues, guiding tours, and ensuring safety. Salary is £13.48 per hour, with a benefits package including holiday, pension and discounted gym membership.

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with members and deliver great service.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively
• Help achieve sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
• Helping you feel good.

£13.48per hour depending on experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
