Job summary

Adventure Leisure’s Mulligans Guildford venue is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards.

You will motivate a customer-facing team, manage day-to-day operations, health and safety, and help promote the venue within the local community.

This role offers a 30-hour week, opportunities to develop, and a supportive culture focused on fun, ambition and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a customer-facing team.
• Previous venue, leisure or hospitality management experience.
• A hands-on, positive approach with great organisational and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confidence in managing day-to-day operations, health & safety and team performance.

As Duty Manager, you'll take the lead during your shifts, supporting and developing the team while ensuring the venue runs smoothly. From delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards to driving sales and promoting our flagship venue within the local community, no two days will be the same.
