What will the role involve?

1. Ensuring staffing levels are adequate for the shift and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
2. Anticipating client needs wherever possible and reacting to these to enhance client satisfaction.
3. Flexibility to assist within other areas of the restaurant.
4. Briefing the front of house team to ensure they have clear targets on customer satisfaction and upselling.
5. Maintaining clear communication with the kitchen team to ensure they are ready for service and products are available.
