Up to £26,229.84 per annum depending on experience plus sales commission
40 hours per week

As a Duty Manager at our gym, you’ll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. You’re enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and you share our passion for excellent customer service.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

1. Be responsible for the smooth running of our club, including opening and closing the club when on shift.
2. Prioritize Member Satisfaction, engage with members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
3. Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding high standards.
4. Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the benefits of Nuffield Health.
5. Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing issues swiftly and effectively.
6. Help achieve sales targets.
7. Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at the site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
