Job summary

Toby Carvery Morley is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a hospitality team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You will mentor team members, drive performance, and role-model high standards to ensure smooth service and memorable visits at our Morley site.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience and guest-focused leadership.
• Strong communication and team development skills.
• Ability to motivate staff and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
