Mitchells & Butlers PLC in the West End (SO18 3NN) is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager and lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences across The Two Brothers.

The role offers flexible shifts, a live-in option, and a comprehensive package including 25 days holiday, brand discounts, pension, and access to Wagestream. Successful candidates will help drive guest satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• Management experience or supervisory background preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to be an assistant to the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Ensure our guests are cared for, being the host to life’s memorable moments.
• Strive towards and achieve business targets.
