Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Duty Manager for Miller & Carter in Dartford. You will work with the General Manager to lead the team, oversee daily operations and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

You will train and inspire staff, model service excellence, and help drive business targets across front-of-house and kitchen support. Live-in accommodation and tips accompany competitive earnings.

• Experience leading a hospitality team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver quality service.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets.

As Duty Manager at

General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the
