Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Duty Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at the Gap Inn / Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery brands. You will lead a team to deliver excellent food, drinks, and service while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes people leadership, guest care, and achieving targets in a bustling hospitality environment across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising teams in a busy hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
