Mitchells & Butler PLC is hiring a Duty Manager for the George & Dragon Mountnessing. You will work alongside the General Manager to lead the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure every guest has a memorable visit.

You’ll train and inspire your team, act as a role model, and drive guest care and business targets, while supporting a premium pub experience at a beautiful location.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to be an assistant to the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Ensure our guests are cared for, being the host to life’s memorable moments.
• Strive towards and achieve business targets.
