Job summary

George & Dragon Mountnessing is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and act as Duty Manager in their absence. You will mentor and lead the team to deliver outstanding food, drink and service, setting a high standard and fostering a welcoming, premium guest experience.

You will be responsible for training and developing staff, modelling leadership, and driving moments that make guests want to return, while contributing to a positive, ambitious team

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations as Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
