Everyman Cambridge is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to help run our venue with the management team and staff. You’ll be the face of Everyman, ensuring every guest has an exceptional visit from arrival to departure.

We’re looking for hospitality-minded individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at teamwork and guest service, and bring a flexible, upbeat approach to every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Positive, upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations alongside the Management Team and Team Members.
• Be the face of Everyman and ensure guests have the best possible experience from arrival to departure.
• Lead and motivate staff during shifts to deliver outstanding service.

The Role You’ll Play

Our Duty Managers perform a key role, overseeing the smooth running & operation of our venues alongside our Management Team and Team Members. You will be the face of Everyman and responsible for ensuring that each and every one of our guests has the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues.
