Chorley Leisure seeks an experienced Duty Manager to support the Senior Duty Manager in running multiple leisure venues across Chorley. You will manage staff, ensure safety and compliance, and drive clean, efficient operations.
Key requirements include management of day-to-day operations, health and safety knowledge, and RLSS lifeguard qualification. DBS checks, driving licence and travel between sites are expected.

Salary: £32,596 - £34,231

We’re looking for a someone experienced in managing day-to-day operations with a background in leisure. You'll be joining our team of Duty Managers so previous experience in managing staff is essential. You’ll have experience with health and safety, supporting a varied workforce, and implementing safe working practices.
