Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Duty Manager for Miller & Carter Cardiff Bay. You will work with the General Manager to lead your team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring guests receive a memorable dining experience.

Flexibility with shifts and opportunities for development are highlighted. You will train and develop staff, act as a role model, and strive to meet business targets while keeping guests at the heart of service.

As Duty Manager at Miller & Carter - Cardiff Bay, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success.
