Miller & Carter - Killay is seeking a Duty Manager to work with the General Manager, guiding the team to deliver memorable guest experiences and uphold premium steakhouse standards.

You will train and lead staff, act as a role model, and ensure smooth daily operations while pushing toward business targets. Join a hospitality team that values guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Customer service oriented with focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire the team to deliver excellent food, drink, and service.
• Act as a role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and feel welcomed during their visit.

Job description

As Duty Manager at Miller & Carter - Killay, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
