Job summary

Miller & Carter Bedford is seeking a Duty Manager to support the General Manager in running the restaurant and leading the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will train staff, model best practices, and ensure guests are welcomed and cared for from arrival to departure, while driving toward business targets and a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Ability to lead and train a team to deliver high service standards.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

As Duty Manager at Miller & Carter - Bedford, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
