Miller & Carter Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, inspiring the team and delivering a memorable guest experience.

You will train and mentor staff, act as a role model, and drive toward business targets while enjoying the steak-focused culture and staff advantages at Mitchells & Butler's brand.

As Deputy Manager at Miller & Carter Weston - Super-Mare, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
