Mitchells & Butler PLC, operating Miller & Carter - Killay, is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead your team, and ensure guests receive exceptional service that keeps them coming back.

• Demonstrated management experience in hospitality.

• Train and develop the team to deliver food, drink and service to high standards.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
