Job summary

Heron Foods in Barrow-in-Furness is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the store team and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll be the keyholder, driving sales, maintaining presentation, and resolving customer queries to deliver a top customer experience.

You’ll motivate staff, uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a thriving store culture. 18 hours per week, £13 per hour, with wellbeing and development opportunities and a strong team focus.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Retail Supervisor or Duty Manager in fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
