Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a store team and ensure operations run smoothly in Leeds. You’ll drive performance, deliver excellent customer service, and keep the store clean, stocked, and presentable.

As a keyholder, you’ll take responsibility for opening and closing the store in the Store Manager's absence, while promoting a dynamic, rewarding environment with opportunities for growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Supervisor or Duty Manager in fast-paced retail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organisational abilities and customer service focus.
• Proactive, energetic approach to managing a dynamic retail environment.
