Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy Bulwell store. You will motivate the team, uphold high customer service standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across shifts, including opening and closing the store when the Store Manager is away.

You’ll drive sales and profitability by monitoring performance, maintaining stock and presentation, and taking quick, proactive decisions in a fast-paced retail environment. 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Manager, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and a passion for customer service.
• A proactive, energetic approach to managing a dynamic retail environment.
