Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a Duty Manager at our Clock Face, St Helens store. You’ll lead a small team, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations across a fast-paced retail environment.

With responsibilities including store opening/closing, driving sales, and maintaining stock, you’ll play a pivotal role in a busy, customer-focused business that values growth and wellbeing to support you and your team.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Manager, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving queries effectively.
• Maintaining a clean, well-presented, and fully stocked store.
• Driving sales and profitability by managing performance and efficiency.
