Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a vibrant Duty Manager in the United Kingdom to bridge the floor and management. You’ll be the heartbeat of the shift, open and close the restaurant, and guide the team during busy services to deliver our Hospitality Magic.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in a server or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership to guide a busy service.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the General Manager is away.

The Role
