Job summary

LGH Group in the United Kingdom seeks a native Dutch, results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own our digital marketing across Europe. You will manage multi-channel paid media, improve website and landing page performance, and collaborate with regional teams and agencies to tailor campaigns for different markets.

You will leverage analytics to understand how our activities drive leads, conversions, and ROI, while coordinating with content and tech teams for optimal assets.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch speaker required.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a performance or digital marketing role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO (on-page and content-focused).
• Confident using GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret and act on insights.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of independent project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Display, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage budget allocations.
• A/B test creatives and landing pages to improve performance.
• Reduce CPA and improve conversion rates across campaigns.
• Work with content/regionals to improve organic visibility and track site performance.
• Collaborate with web developers or manage CMS updates where needed.
• Own dashboards and campaign tracking (GA4, HubSpot).
• Set up and manage UTM structures, attribution models, and reporting.
