Job summary

The Channel Recruiter is seeking a Dutch-speaking PPC Executive to join our client’s performance marketing team in Hemel Hempstead. The role focuses on managing Dutch-language campaigns, optimizing PPC and retail media, and supporting Amazon Advertising across EMEA.

Hybrid working with three days in the office and two remotely is available. We’re looking for about one year of PPC or paid media experience, strong Excel/data skills, and good English and Dutch fluency.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (native-level in Dutch)
• Around one year's PPC, paid media or retail media experience
• Experience with Amazon Advertising and/or Google Ads or similar platforms
• Strong Excel and data-reporting skills
• Understanding of campaign analysis and optimization

Responsibilities

• Own advertising and content optimisation across campaigns
• Build, manage and improve PPC and retail media campaigns
• Support Amazon Advertising activity
• Conduct keyword and competitor research
• Review campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversions and ROI
• Optimise product titles, descriptions and on-page content
• Support organic SEO activity with search insights
• Carry out campaign testing and analyse results
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
• Collaborate with EMEA teams across functions
• Explore AI tools to improve processes and campaign performance

Salary: Up to £35,000

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire - hybrid working with three days in the office and two days remotely

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30

Our client, a multi-award-winning global consumer technology brand, is looking for a Dutch-speaking Performance Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of its (url removed) advertising account while supporting Amazon and wider retail media activity across EMEA.

This is a great opportunity for someone with around one year's PPC or paid media experience. Candidates with broader digital marketing experience and exposure to paid campaigns will also be considered.

Responsibilities - PPC Executive

• Taking ownership of advertising and content optimisation across (url removed)
• Building, managing and improving PPC and retail media campaigns
• Supporting Amazon Advertising activity
• Conducting keyword and competitor research
• Reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve traffic, conversions and return on investment
• Optimising product titles, descriptions and other on-page content
• Using search insights to support organic SEO activity
• Carrying out campaign testing and analysing the results
• Producing weekly and monthly performance reports
• Collaborating with eCommerce, Sales, Content and Marketing teams across EMEA
• Exploring how technology and AI can improve processes and campaign performance

What we're looking for - PPC Executive

You must be fluent or native-level in both Dutch and English, as you will be responsible for Dutch-language campaigns and content.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Around one year's experience in PPC, paid media, performance marketing or retail media
• Experience or exposure to platforms such as (url removed), Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Criteo or similar
• An understanding of conversion, attribution and online customer acquisition
• Experience reviewing campaign data and using insights to improve performance
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with reports and data
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with tools such as Pacvue, Helium 10, Amazon Vendor Central, Google Analytics, SEMrush or Power BI would be beneficial but is not essential.
