Job summary

Our client, THE CHANNEL RECRUITER LTD, a multi-award-winning global consumer technology brand, seeks a Dutch-speaking Performance Marketing Coordinator to own its advertising account and support Amazon and wider retail media across EMEA.

This role is ideal for someone with around one year of PPC or paid media experience, fluent in Dutch and English, and ready to work in a hybrid setup in Hemel Hempstead. Sponsorship is not offered for this position, and the right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Dutch and English fluency required to manage Dutch-language campaigns.
• Around one year's experience in PPC or paid media.
• Experience with platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Criteo or similar.
• Understanding of conversion, attribution and online customer acquisition.
• Experience reviewing campaign data and using insights to improve performance.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with reports and data.
• Experience with tools listed (Pacvue, Helium 10, Amazon Vendor Central, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Power BI) beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of advertising and content optimisation across platforms.
• Building, managing and improving PPC and retail media campaigns.
• Supporting Amazon Advertising activity.
• Conducting keyword and competitor research.
• Reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve traffic, conversions and ROI.
• Optimising product titles, descriptions and other on-page content.
• Using search insights to support organic SEO activity.
• Carrying out campaign testing and analysing results.
• Producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborating with eCommerce, Sales, Content and Marketing teams across EMEA.
• Exploring how technology and AI can improve processes and campaign performance.
