Job summary

The Channel Recruiter is seeking a Dutch-speaking Performance Marketing Coordinator to own Bol.com advertising and support Amazon and retail media across EMEA. The role suits someone with about a year of PPC or paid media experience and fluency in Dutch and English.

It offers hybrid working in Hemel Hempstead with UK rights to work. Responsibilities include building and optimizing PPC campaigns, conducting keyword research, and supporting analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

Dutch-speaking with English proficiency and content experience.
Around one year of PPC or paid media experience.
Experience with Bol.com, Amazon Advertising, Google Ads or similar.
Strong Excel and data-analysis skills to drive campaign decisions.
Awareness of conversion, attribution and online customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of advertising and content optimization across Bol.com.
Build, manage and optimize PPC and retail media campaigns.
Support Amazon Advertising activity.
Conduct keyword and competitor research.
Review campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversions and ROI.
Optimize product titles, descriptions and on-page content.
Use search insights to support organic SEO activity.
Carry out campaign testing and analyze results.
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with EMEA teams across ecommerce, sales, content and marketing.
Explore how technology and AI can improve processes and campaign performance.
