Job summary

Lands' End, Inc. is seeking a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing Europe to lead cross-channel growth initiatives for European markets from our hybrid setups in Rutland, UK or Mettlach, Germany.

The role focuses on acquiring customers, optimizing retention and revenue, and managing agencies with a data-driven test-and-learn approach to maximize ROAS across PPC, SEO, social, and affiliate channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in growth, performance, digital or multi-channel marketing with leadership.
• Strong tech skills, including use of AI tools and Excel.
• Willingness to travel ~20% within and outside Europe.
• Fluent in English; German language skills can be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize growth and performance marketing across Europe.
• Develop multi-channel marketing plans aligned to Lands' End strategy.
• Collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce, Analytics, and US Marketing leaders.
• Manage agencies and partners; drive ROAS and KPI targets.
• Own affiliate marketing channel; develop partnerships and optimize performance.
• Connect media strategy with onsite experience and conversion performance.
• Lead with data-driven testing and test-and-learn mindset.
• Manage P&L and budget trade-offs; drive market expansion in Europe.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Europe and the US.
