Job summary

Algolia, Inc. in London seeks a Dutch-speaking Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for AI-powered search and discovery solutions.

You will articulate business value to executives and technical champions, drive an enterprise pipeline, and closely partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver tailored ROI proofs. You will operate in a hybrid setup with global teams and a focus on transforming enterprise accounts through AI-driven digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals.
• Experience selling platforms with AI-first capabilities or composable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise pipeline, managing multi-stakeholder buying cycles to closure.
• Drive inbound and outbound opportunities through complex sales cycles.
• Position Algolia’s AI-first capabilities to executives and technical champions to show business value.
• Develop territory and account strategies across your portfolio.
• Expand existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Generate new enterprise projects via self-sourcing and partner ecosystems.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering for bespoke demos, ROI analyses, and value proofs.
• Forecast with disciplined methodologies (MEDDPICC) and understand buying dynamics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align execution with enterprise value.
