Carnival UK is seeking a Dutch-speaking International Reservations Concierge for our Contact Centre in the Southampton area. This full-time role offers hybrid working with two in-office days weekly, plus potential home-working for UK-based candidates.

You will handle cruise bookings by email and phone, resolve queries with first-call resolution, and build lasting relationships with guests and travel partners. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications
