Holland America Line & Seabourn is seeking a Reservations Concierge to join our Contact Centre in Southampton. You will book cruises via email and phone, delivering exceptional service while leveraging product knowledge to resolve queries both pre- and post-cruise.

The role is full-time with hybrid working options and a minimum of two days per week in our Southampton office. You will thrive on helping guests and travel partners, building relationships and delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to resolve inquiries and complaints with first call resolution.
• Ability to use product knowledge to identify opportunities to upsell itineraries.
